What ThreadMaster Stores

ThreadMaster stores the account information you provide, generated threads and other content you save, subscription and billing status, service usage data, and data received from social platforms you connect, including Meta services such as Facebook and Threads.

Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your data yourself by signing in and going to Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion requires password confirmation, deletes your account and generated content, and cancels active billing.

If you cannot access your account, email support@threadmaster.ai from the email address associated with your account. For legal or entity questions, contact info@fastproducts.io. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

Meta, Facebook, and Threads Data

Removing the ThreadMaster app through Meta, disconnecting Facebook or Threads, or initiating a data-deletion request from Meta triggers ThreadMaster's automated deletion callback. This deletes the data ThreadMaster received from the connected Meta service.
